1. Idea

The first step in production begins with understanding your needs and working together on the new ideas.

2. Quote

The price quote is prepared after the product content, specifications and desired quantity are specified.

3. Design

A production sample is created based on the design or sample received from you. (If you do not have any product visuals or samples available, design samples will be prepared based on the information provided.)

4. Sample

Sample lead time is about 7 business days. Depending on the difficulty of the product, this period may take up to 2 weeks.

5. Production

If the colours available on the colour chart are preferred, the production lead time is 2-3 weeks. Production lead time is 3-4 weeks for custom made fabric and pantone.

6. Shipment

Air cargo takes 2-3 days.
Truck delivery takes 7-10 days.
Express Truck delivery takes 3-4 days.

  • Unbrushed-Brushed Fleece (Hoodie/Sweatshirt): 80% cotton – 20% polyester, 70% cotton – 30% polyester, 60% cotton 40% polyester, 100% cotton, 280-500 gsm
  • Polar: 100% polyester, 220 gsm
